Exciting Developments at Dulles Town Center: What’s New (and What’s Coming Soon) in 2026

If you’ve been to Dulles Town Center recently, you might have noticed big changes on the horizon, from brand-new entertainment venues to unique dining experiences and future event-ready spaces. Whether you’re shopping, planning a family outing, or scouting spots to host your next big event, here’s what’s fresh and what’s about to arrive.

Now Open: Fun for Everyone

810 Entertainment
One of the biggest highlights already open is 810 Entertainment, a massive indoor fun destination that’s way more than bowling. Think bowling lanes, laser tag, arcade games, mini golf, darts, party rooms, plus food and drinks, all in one spot. It’s the kind of place where kids can burn off energy and adults can unplug after a long week.

Chimney Cake Bakery
Got a sweet tooth? A charming new bakery has opened its doors serving Hungarian chimney cakes, a crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside pastry that can be filled with ice cream and topped to your taste. It’s a fun treat to grab after shopping or entertainment.

Coming Soon: More Experiences to Explore

Here’s a snapshot of what Loudoun residents (and visitors!) can look forward to in 2026:

DTC Expo & Event Center
A major addition to the Town Center roster will be a new expo and event space, a 120,000-square-foot venue ideal for trade shows, conventions, concerts, community celebrations, and more. This is filling the void left by the old Dulles Expo Center (now becoming an IKEA) and adds a whole new dimension of gatherings right here in Sterling.

Sky Zone & Cloudbound
Sky Zone isn’t just another trampoline park, it brings multiple activity zones including foam pits, slides, and challenges for all ages. Right inside will be Cloudbound, a play space designed especially for toddlers and little ones up to age six, letting even the youngest members of your crew have a blast.

Bourbon Boulevard Steakhouse
A new full-service steakhouse is heading to the Town Center, bringing upscale flavors and a fresh dining destination for date nights, celebrations, or casual dinners.

Patrick’s Elegant Living
Furniture lovers, take note: Patrick’s Elegant Living, known for curated, high-quality home pieces, is relocating to Dulles Town Center from its Tysons Corner location. Expect chic furnishings that give your interiors a fresh, designer touch.
