Clients, friends and fellow smoothie lovers, I am thrilled to report that Loudoun County just scored a sweet new shop in Loudoun!
On October 4, Playa Bowls officially opened its doors at the Village at Leesburg, right next door to Rita’s Italian Ice. This new spot is the brand’s first-ever Loudoun County location. The Burn first teased this expansion back in March, and after months of construction inside the former Custom Ink store, the grand opening was marked with balloons and a yummy wall-sized menu.
Why does a real‑estate pro care about frozen fruit? Because vibrant retailers like Playa Bowls don’t just serve food — they drive foot traffic and help our communities thrive. National brands choose sites based on demographics and spending habits, so their arrival signals confidence in our market. Plus, it’s one more amenity I can brag about when I’m guiding buyers through Leesburg listings. Looking for more insights on how retail trends affect home values? Let’s chat… preferably over a pitaya bowl!
