Construction continues to progress on the next section of One Loudoun, and there’s a visible milestone in place: the first retail signs have now been installed.
This week crews put up signage for the upcoming Arhaus showroom, marking the first public indication of some of the new tenants coming to the shopping and dining district.
Arhaus, known for its higher-end furniture offerings, is among a lineup of brands slated for this phase of the development. Others that have officially committed include Tatte Bakery & Cafe, Alo Yoga, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, and the eagerly awaited Bartaco restaurant.
At the Bartaco site, exterior work is almost wrapped up, and interior build-out, from fixtures to décor, is expected to get underway soon.
Another exciting addition visible on site is the future ice-skating rink, which will serve as a seasonal amenity in the park area in front of Bartaco.
While the new branding and infrastructure are going up, the timeline for store and restaurant openings in this section hasn’t been announced. There are also still several outparcels to construct and lease, so more updates are likely on the way.
